The procurement of a decades-long food and beverage contract was an opportunity to reset hospitality services at scale; to realign priorities, redefine excellence in hospitality and service, and reframe operations through strategic alignment of vision and purpose.

Maytrix led the procurement of the landmark hospitality services contract for the MCG. Match day and non-match day hospitality operations include over 200 food and beverage venues: kiosks and concessions, cafés and bars, member dining, corporate and event spaces.

The contract redefines the partnership, reframing hospitality as a core pillar of experience, aligning customer care, and driving engagement and investment through partnership. It embeds service, sustainability, innovation, and excellence—a strategic alignment of vision and purpose to ensure the Melbourne Cricket Ground remains one of the world’s premier sporting venues through ongoing investment, innovation, and high standards of management.
