Partnering with Hassell, Maytrix scoped requirements to optimise commercial outcomes, balancing library priorities to drive sustainable future operations and shape the business case. The comprehensive approach addressed areas, servicing, operating model, and forecasts to align outcomes with strategic objectives, drive engagement, diversify audiences, and strengthen commercial outcomes. The redevelopment establishes the Library as a dynamic civic and learning landmark while securing long-term financial sustainability and enhancing public access
